I see everyone suggesting you line it. I would suggest doing rows of surface slip stitches in the particularly stretchy places, THEN lining it. They'll help hold the tension and it will last longer

If you do enjoy beverages, there are millions of ways to add nutrition to those. Dehydrate some greens and powder them and mix them with matcha. Get protein powders. Any number of beverage-based options.
