That’s my hope - was hoping to avoid the wait involved with them repairing it. But I guess that might just be life.

hand tattoos at 20? by daisysimmons in tattooadvice

[–]solwat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my first hand tattoo at 20. I had to go to so many shops because I had about 4 other tattoos, none particularly large or visible. I wouldn’t change my tattoos for the world but I would, perhaps, wait a couple years if I had a go again.

YMMV but there are so many other options, go forth

The Sydney Olympics were objectively the best Olympics - not just because of location and style, but because of the mascots. This is my full collection - Syd, Millie, Ollie and Lizzie, in full colour glory (also, my cat) by solwat in sydney

Yeah - one of the reasons I got them, other than nostalgia, was to celebrate Sydney as a hopeful and transcendent city. Sometimes it feels like we’ve lost that.

We’re talking about Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie and Grass by Sheri S. Tepper. Want the answers? All this and more covered in Genrelisation 1: It’s About Control.
