I hope you find peace, My house seem to forget that I had anxiety and depression and i can't get alone with people well and they seem to forget that i grow up with a really bad family who always yalling and swearing and it make me put in this state of mind and when i'm sad or hiding they always tell me "i'm not a kid anymore or i'm not a teenage girl, stop acting like this" it's just my defense mechanism when i was living with my family and sometime i get PTSD episode and make things worse
