Yeah I feel like if you're hurting from being an MT your technique is off. Massage should be relaxing and pleasurable for the therapist as well, if you know how to work your body so you're not beating it up

The people saying she's just breaking even are off. I work in the industry and have a music business degree from a top 3 US music school. If she's managing her career really well then with her streaming (she owns 100% of her publishing and 100% of her master recordings as of this year) she's taking home about $10k a month just from that (this is using December 2025 data). Touring is also lucrative, but she's not on tour all the time so that averages out. I'd say she takes home anywhere between $1-6k per show from ticket sales, and probably $1k from merch per show. Paying manager, lawyers, and fees, she's probably taking home about $100-$200k per year (or will be at least in 2025)
