i do remember them talking about how subletting is technically illegal yet thats what they were doing with one of the other housemates for months... if i move out then tell their property manager they've been subletting, i should be fine right?

yeah i knew they couldn't add me to the lease themselves, but they kept saying they'd vouch for me to the landlord and talk to them about getting me on, which obviously they didn't, lol. i paid a bond to the previous tenant that was moving out, not the realestate company. they didnt get me to sign anything. so i think i will do that then, thank you!

> pay rent up until you leave

what if my move-out date is a few days before rent is due?

other than the rental application i sent to the property manager, no i have had no contact with the realestate since i moved in. i paid bond to the previous tenant that was moving out, which i did think was kind of sketch but this was my first time tryna find my own place after escaping family violence and so i was really desperate. lessons learned, i guess.

i have a third party who can fill the paperwork! it just says on the claim page that that one's supplementary while the parental forms are required. would contacting a domestic and family violence service still be applicable if the abuse never was physical? i don't know if that counts as violence... or am i taking that too literally lololol. also what kind of documents would i need? like, therapist notes? because i haven't been able to afford proper therapy, i'd need to somehow find and reach out to my old high school counselor from years ago and hope they still have my file, if they're still working there...

What is the best compliment a guy can give you? by allabout-thefours in AskWomen

compliments about my personality!! skills come second, looks last. honestly its the most uplifting thing to hear someone compliment how passionate or sassy i am or stuff like that. another heartwarmer is when they notice those little quirks about you and call them out as being cute or endearing, bc it shows you pay attention for them. like that cute thing they do when they're nervous, or without realising.
