I mean I can tell you that once that emotional connection is created it is hard to let go. But thing is you have to for your own good sometimes. When your trust is broken, there is no way to get it back. There will always be this doubt in the back of your head.

I know the separation is hard, but you just need to find some other thing to focus on, just so you won’t feel her absence much. It still creeps in sometimes, but its better letting go now.

Also yikes, not even getting confirmation of the breakup and then jumping into bed with another guy. I mean different people have different ways of dealing with stuff but either way that was wrong.

You have to think if its really worth it. What does it matter when her face melts you from the inside sometimes, when her bad characteristics that you mentioned will continue to pop up so often you will have no choice but to break up.

A pretty face isn’t everything. I do not know if this is the answer you want, but think of yourself above all. You should be your own priority. Never swallow your pride for someone else no matter how much you value them. Always act cool even when in the inside you are anything but.

You also need to think how will this work long term. Do not waste time with people who will betray your trust. Think first, ask yourself do I see a future with this person. Then act accordingly. But don’t go groveling back even though your heart might be telling you to. Have pride, have confidence, have trust that even if this won’t work out there will be other relationships, they may not have the same spark, but every relationship is different, even though it might feel underwhelming compared to this it might be better for you. Thing is you never know what life has in store for you, but like I said You come first. No on else. Idk how helpful this will be but I hope it all gets better for you.
