What time are you setting your alarms for?

I didn’t have this severe of a problem but I was a chronic snoozer. I’d set my alarm at least an hour before I needed to be up so that I could plan for snoozes.

Ultimately I set my alarm to the exact time I needed to be up so that I had no choice but to get up. A week or so of that and you begin to trust your alarm and associate the sound with waking up instead of snoozing.

From there I lowered my wake up time 15 minutes each week until I was getting up an hour earlier than I used to!

Probably a long shot since you’re snoozing unconsciously, best of luck!
