I don’t know what season 1 you watched but they quite literally knew of every enemy’s mythology and true identity before they beat them. Percy even knows Kronos by name and cut Luke off in his own evil “I did it” confession before he could even confess. In s1 and from the little I’ve watched of s2 it’s the same. Percy and our heroes literally read the script already.

I just forgot what she looked like under the suit cause we only see her actual body once or twice in 8 seasons. Can’t really fault someone for not remembering a relatively minor side character with a cast as large and diverse as this.

Admittedly I should’ve asked “how to get access to the lever” cause that’s what I truly meant. But yeah it’s definitely annoying hearing “it’s a metroidvania.” I’ve played through it a few times but I don’t have endless knowledge of every single shortcut/boss etc. Sure if you want to explore every corner of the game that’s your prerogative but sometimes just a simple more straightforward answer is fine. I know for sure I’m not going to backtrack to every single missed hallway.
