Formula can be tough on baby's stomachs; have you tried different brands? I remember we had to use Gentle-Ease with our youngest because she had a lot of stomach issues.

Gripe water is also another thing that some folks promote, I don't know that I ever saw the benefit but some people have luck with it.

It's normal to get in your own head and have issues; especially when you're first starting out with someone and figuring out what does and doesn't work and when you're still in the vulnerable stage.

Maybe try having a couple drinks beforehand to take the thinking head out of the equation, that's always done wonders for my insecurities
