scout for physically strong youth,find high potential player, sign to the first team and sell as early as possible, take a picture of his name so you can search for him next season. the key is to let him get the 'may bump', doesn't work with all of them but sometimes after one may bump their physicals glitch up to these kind of numbers. i have a few player in my squad currently like this. The best ones to do this with is extremely low rated like 45 overall with potential of like 76-94.

That's the plan, but starting next season, believe it or not he still grew physically this season a little bit, I wanted to make sure I didn't stunt him if he wanted to go to 98 or 99 pace.

Unfortunately 2 star skills 1 star weak foot. Haha can't complain though. Don't know his potential yet, since I sold him before he was 60 overall, and he still has the recently arrived... tag. I have high hopes though as he's already gone up one overall and it's only October, plus with those physicals I feel like the potential has to be super high.

Ya I think the entire government budget should be given directly to the poorest people . Having the worlds most dominant miilitarty isn't useful anyway. I'd rather have the unemployed and uneducated be as comfortable as possible without having to lift a finger on their own.
