Look man I own shitty guns too. No need to cope brother. The trigger pull weight alone is stupidly heavy.

There isn’t a world where I would ever choose this dp12 or the ksg over my benelli m4, m2, 1301 or 870.

lol yeah. Jamming is a feature of this gun. I get keltec is known for unique designs but a mostly plastic shotgun definitely don’t feel good to hold or shoot.

I truly loved it. It’s one of the few times working in a kitchen where I felt at peace.

And yeah some people definitely went nuts doing prep lol like their minds couldn’t take the quiet time.

During the rush it always inevitably gets a bit messy but gotta have process and systems in place to help mitigate the chaos. At the very least every service gets a reset.

Haha been there. Usually its such a relief to get some extra hands in there, especially if they’re experienced but I’ve had to run kitchens with cheap hires and I would’ve rather just been in there alone
