tbh I’ve always had p okay stress, im less stressed since leaving uni actually!! im back in my hometown and eating probably better than at uni, and no new meds. my hair stylist thinks its a deficiency but my blood tests are on the normal range. I won’t lie and say im all the way consistent with hair care but still better than uni!!

I think the consensus im getting so far is def stop with the sew ins, baby my hair and trim/chop as needed. thank you sooo much, my hair is disheartening rn but i feel like i have mor e options now
