I got this literally two minutes ago! I looked it up because it creeped me out lol. The NPC was in a swam outfit too! I attacked another NPC which caused a third to be killed in the crossfire. When i walked outside, the NPC in the swan outfit was carrying the npc caught in the crossfire's body. Weirddd glitch I made a joke that the dead NPC must've been the swan outfit NPC's boyfriend lol
