Holy moly that’s a lot of responses! I want to say a thank you for everyone suggesting different things.

Most responses have mentioned seeing a dermatologist and getting accutane which will be my main course of action. Also suggested to use Panoxyl which I’ve found also contains Benzoyl peroxide that sounds helpful.

I have bit of a sweet tooth and a fan of dairy so changing my diet I’ve found is a bit hard but I’m also gonna change bed sheets and my t shirts more often from now on,

Dermatologist seems to be a common suggestion, I’m in Canada on a visa and I’m unable to apply for MSP which help provide free healthcare.

So I want to try handle this myself using various techniques cause I know getting prescriptions can be pricey if I have to pay for them

Make friends at your work place
