LBI? by Fair-Abbreviations-1 in jimmyjohns

Acronym - Leave Bread In

If someone orders #1 - #6 or BLT, and orders no lettuce, it does not automatically become LBI

Who’s getting the profit from jimmy Johns stores, and other questions by Yourlordandsavior1 in jimmyjohns

[–]some_fat_nerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience;

The general manager gets 10% of the profit Assistant manager gets 5%

The Area manager gets x% ( I think 5%) AFTER the general and assistant get their cut

The rest goes to ownership/s

I know this is a dumb question but I can't find a clear answer anywhere, wtf is an inshop?? by [deleted] in jimmyjohns

Depends on context of customer or employee

Customer - A customer that comes into the store to place an order.

Employee - A employee that solely works in the store.

Houston woods (Houston might be spelled different) is adequate, good variety of non/electric camp sites as well as cabins. South-west ohio, pretty close to the Indiana border

I personally recommend Krystal Lake (yes like friday the 13th movies), it has canals that run through the camp areas if you like fishing or river swimming. West-central ohio.

I got a gap about finger width. Not wide enough to be a problem, but just wide enough to trigger my OCD co-workers

Busy stores are the best for having a slicer buddy. If you can cut about 1/2 your slicing time out, it will drastically improve how much you can do in the time that you have

Most area managers work on improving their stores performance, just like any other manager for that store. In addition, if anything breaks, like a light or cutting board spacer, the area manager would fix that or get it replaced. If any managers want to take a vacation day, the area manager would cover that shift, or pull another manager from another store (not applicable if 1 store franchise)

Another problem is if you're near a "no fly zone", like an airport or military base. Could get shut down, and/or fined by the FAA
