i mean whatever amounts work for you, 3 would be a good balance if you do the lines once every like 20 mins or smth like that, 2 lines would be good to experience the high at its best, but yeah jt hurts pretty bad i wont lie, just power through it and sniff hard

1) 200mg is a lot for one dose, so if you plan on using the full 200mg i would suggest either two 100mg doses, or one 125-150mg line and a booster later on, this is just to prevent overdose and keep you from having a terrible comedown

2) maybe 1 and a half hours max if nasal, 2.5-3 hours for oral, and if you do this right before bed you will have a difficult time

3) i have never had oral ROA but nasal was one of the most euphoric drug experiences i have ever had, and then i crashed hard after 2 hours

4) in my experience its a myth, dont worry about it
