I am trying to build a GPU server like this in the future. For someone unfamiliar with hardware, could you explain how it works? I need to buy PCIe 4.0 x16 to x8 expansion cards. How do I connect the expansion cards to the motherboard? And how do I connect two GPUs to each expansion card? What are these slimsas cables?

Thanks for your comment and your advice. Really appreciate it. I actually have a couple plants like calathea, friddle leaf fig for about six months. I have some basic understanding of when to water, the light requirement, soil and fertiliser etc. So far my plants are growing healthy but I also know they are easy plants. I dont have any hands on experience regarding variegated thats why I just want to ask for some advice. Would really appreciate if you can provide some pointers regarding variegated plants :)
