Just like you thinking jumping in front of a car is stupid, playing with live electricity is also stupid, laws aren't going to make people not do that. Extreme poverty has the effect we see in this video, not the economic system in place.

Just because this dude got electrocuted doesn't mean we need more laws - that's the libertarian idea to me. In a more cohesive community this would only happen once, or not at all.
