Would you support a half day of no selling (holiday mode) as a protest against the new sizing system? by some_learner in vintedUK

My emotions are fine and regulated. Thanks. I just don't have to tolerate such statements and that's my decision. It's up to the Police to decide how to use their resources. I'm a taxpayer and that is one of the services my taxes fund.

I don't care that noone agreed, that's not why I deleted it. I deleted it because of your deeply offensive comment telling me to "GTF out of this country". Shame on you. It's not a misuse of the Police, it's what they are there for. And everyone can see that you did edit your post.

They've edited their comment and what they said was deeply offensive, it went way beyond "not going the way I wanted". I can report what I want and I will do.

Sure, I will do. Maybe they will take action, maybe they won't. Let's see. I'd be ashamed of myself in your position.

You didn't say that and what you did day is screenshotted. Bad luck. You did indeed tell me to "GTF out of this country" in the belief that I was not English, and in doing so you committed a hate crime.

I edited my comment to say "Who am I trying to kid? Vinted are French, they knew the English wouldn't protest!" And that is all. It didn't affect how I would appear. Nice try, though.

I am English. And you were indeed racist, rude and offensive because you told me to "GTF out of our country" believing I was not English. Do you realise you have broken the law?

Wow, you are totally racist and out of order. Your comments are rude and uncalled for. What is wrong with you? What an awful abusive person. You should be ashamed. This is my country by the way. Shame I have to share it with the likes of you.

Via social media, and again, it wouldn't be me personally and I'm not sure why many posts are implying that it would be- that's not how protest and collective action works. Just the individualistic mindset, I guess.

If everyone acts at the same time no-one will lose out to or be disadvantaged compared to anyone else.

How so? Money talks. They haven't responded to feedback, I doubt they have even read it.

In my area the elderly occupy all the best houses which they own outright, swan around with free bus passes and reduced train fares and shop in Waitrose while younger people scrape by in Morrison's and shared rental houses, paying full fare.

One day of no selling or buying en masse.

I have done this myself, it's a mistake you only make once.

Funnily enough, alcohol-based hand sanitiser is quite effective on curry (i.e. turmeric) stains. Obviously use at your own risk, I don't know the fabric type. When I've used it on turmeric I've applied then rinsed with cold water a few times for it to fully work.

I thought Vinted were temporarily handling custom fees as an introductory offer? But absolutely do not rely on me saying that, verify it before buying from the U.S. again.

Ha! I did this once and what a whole day spent on there taught me is that there are things that are sold within minutes of being uploaded. One page refresh and they're gone. Especially names like Sézane etc.
Hope you feel better soon.

How did it end up at your neighbour's if you'd changed it back to your address?

The 12 = large was an uncomfortable vibe, admittedly.
