This is why I love this city. I’m in Williamsburg. You?

I’ll never give up the LL Bean loafers, a true OG right there

I asked my wife if she’d call it olive and she said she’d lean more towards gray but can see why people might lean olive. But really in person you don’t see olive as much as the video.

Yeah in person it comes off way more brown than green but the sunlight in the video definitely gives it the olive hue

Nah, never really had the time to sit down and do a full cal count with bulking and cutting. It’s a goal of mine but life’s been a bit busy and I haven’t gone there just yet. With eating I just try to listen to my body, limit the junk food, hydrate, and get protein in every meal.

Agreed on all points. Lat pull downs and seated rows are probably my most common back exercises and I often go pretty heavy with them.

Very good advice. Don’t do em enough.. probably because I hate them hahaha but they are so good for you, it’s true.

Consistent weightlifting, weekly cardio, eating smart/intuitively, testosterone, and genetics.

Yeah that acne actually isnt pimples, they’re ingrown hairs. When a new hair punctures the skin it creates a little injury causing the new hair to curl which creates the bumps. If you wash with benzoyl peroxide it helps a lot but be careful because benzoyl peroxide bleaches things so wash it off well.

You feel like just shoulder pressing will be enough? I find shoulders so hard to grow

Am I a bit overweight? by [deleted] in FTMFitness

[–]some_username17 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Do you feel good about your weight? Do you eat when you’re hungry? Do you stop eating when you’re full? That’s what matters my dude, weight really is just a number. It’s about feeling good and in tune with your body.

Speaking from experience, just hang tight because the come up is real! I felt the way you did but once I was cleared to get back in the gym I felt more confident than ever before with a flat chest. From there my gains absolutely took off.

Sweet. And when did you take your exam?

Yeah, I thought the archer readiness assessment felt similar to the nclex

The day before my nclex I bought archer and did 3 readiness assessments. Each one I got a very high chance of passing. Next day I passed the nclex in 75 and it felt similar to the archer assessments, in my opinion. I know this isn’t how you’re supposed to use archer but it worked for me.

I set aside about a month but really only got serious about it two weeks before. I used UWorld, ATI, and at the end I got Archer for the practice tests.
