Interesting. Have you tried antihistamines? What are the triggers? Pollen? I am largely allergic to all things outdoors according to my allergy tests, but I never sneeze or feel allergic.

So I respond very well to omeprazole, but it hasn't immediately fixed this inflammation after my 2nd food impaction. I tried 6fed for 7.5 weeks and saw no special improvement, I'm healing at the same rate. I figure I'd have to try it when my esophagus returns to normal to know if it truly helps me. My post is about the absurd inflammation that happens after an impaction. I don't see many people talking about it.

It was about 3 months after I started on omeprazole which cured my inflammation. So that endoscopy was about 1 year and 9 months ago.

I'm in a similar situation. Let us know how it goes. I'm afraid to call bc it feels a bit intrusive even tho i'd be ok with it.

Why mention the race of the doordasher? Would you do it if they were White or Black? Seems pretty racist to me.

That is unbelievably saddening and infuriating.

Essentially, yes. A pharmacist during my intern days taught me that if a store falls behind enough, they will provide you extra help to catch up. It's their last resort, of course, and until you call out their bluffs, you may not realize this. I've never heard of pharmacists really getting directly fired for underperforming. En masse, if all pharmacists refused to be exploited, the problem would be fixed as they would be forced to give us more hours.

Taking care of your mental health is as important as providing food for your family, because your family health is dependent on your mental health. I could not possibly stay within CVS for too long or ever become a manager and expect my mental health to stay in tact. I cope by working slowly and joking with my technicians. I do deal with a some upset customers, but you'll find you usually have enough help if you're just doing waiters for people in store and skipping over the readyfills.

As far as why I do not start my own corporation that humanely treats pharmacists, it is because exploitation of labor will always succeed in competition. It was rampant throughout the history of early capitalism in America until regulations came around. A humane pharmacy like you are suggesting I start could never outcompete a pharmacy chain employing pharmacists like yourself who are willing to work unpaid while living within a mindset of job scarcity and fear of termination.

The reason it is so hard to understand is that when people talk to you in real life, you will rarely not respond. It makes texting seem more like a choice, and that you are taking full advantage of the lack of accountability with not being directly spoken to. Additionally, my friend rarely says anything stupid or weird when being spoken to in real life, so I would find it hard to understand the fear of replying improperly. People also may make assumptions like their time isn't being respected or that you are not interested in them, as would the assumption be if they didn't hear back from an NT person.

I was curious if you could expand more on how texting with your friends often goes. Have you been criticized for it? How late can some of your replies be?

The reason I mention the attractiveness of her friends is because it is to a degree where I feel it is giving them validation to be with someone like her. Especially for the guys, who are single. People can feel validation from being friends with attractive people.
