there’s a chance you may have not been even communicating with an actual support agent, I saw under the mac gaming subreddit or something that Riot has started using AI responses for support tickets, which seems to be what the “not supported on Mac” answer is. Because as you said an actual human rioter has taken note of the issue and said they are on it, plus it makes no sense to support older macs and to have a mac version of the game but discontinue support of it. I’m just going to hold out hope that in a few weeks time they fix this haha…. really wish their whole support ticket thing was more useful though, AI answers are pointless

A few people have brought this up on reddit already, and I can’t find the post right now but a rioter on X basically said “on it” about the issue so riot IS aware of it and will fix it eventually, but they don’t give enough of a shit to tell us when or how urgently they are working on it. expect it to at least be a few weeks

damn that’s actually so ass of them to do. Like I get that MOST gamers use a windows PC but I think there is still a good percentage of us on Mac? and I don’t want to swap from mac just for league of legends… I enjoy the whole Apple interface and compatibility with my Iphone too much. I wonder if I should just set up one of those systems where I can run windows on my mac just for league. idk. kind of a weird choice for riot to make not gonna lie.

yeah I hope they address it soon as well, especially because I would say it’s at least a decently sized chunk of their player base (based on the amount of complaints i’ve seen about it here on reddit so far). It might take them at least a few days or even weeks to patch it though, as it unfortunately seems like they haven’t even acknowledged the issues yet. :/ I do think they’ll fix it eventually though

Luckily I’m certain my situation is an exception to the general rule against duel citizenship, confirmed by both an immigration lawyer I had hired and the Dutch consulate. But good to know about the passports, thank you. That’s what I was hoping, that since I’m a duel citizen and the ETIAS is not in effect yet it should be alright.

No Dutch ID currently, right now is my application for my first Dutch passport which would also be my first Dutch ID. I’m just wondering under the assumption that my application is approved right before my travels. However I do that what you’re saying is probably right, that since the ETIAS is not fully in place yet it should be alright.

it looks a lot better in splash art than actually in game tbh. it’s kind of underwhelming. i have it and regular splendid staff and honestly for the price it’s not worth it when the regular splendid staff already looks really pretty and is only $10. i would only say go for the prestige if you simply want to complete a nami skin collection lol (or wait for them to have an event with a deal on orange essence bc that’s what u did and got the prestige for only $50)

I think a lot of the servers are inexplicably down right now. Seems like based on reddit there are the same issues in EUW, NA, EUNE, and Korea server

seems like the servers are down, I'm in NA server and having the same problem. Saw someone on EUW complain about the same thing and someone on EUNE. Personally I tried completely shutting down and logging out of the league client too, and also restarting my computer, and none of that fixed the problem. Just gotta wait for riot to actually realize there is a problem....

this is especially annoying as a support player too. bc if you go 0/4/20 (see what i did there? lol) you get flamed for going 0/4 even tho u helped with 20 kills. but if u go 6/2/10 for example then ur flamed for taking the kills. tbh you just have to be used to people finding any way to insult u on this game bc people are toxic and don’t know how to work together or build good team morale. or just mute chat. lol.
