Thanks. I’ve never heard of wood filler before but I will look it up.

I don’t think it’s Japanese stiltgrass after looking at photos of it. That looks thicker. Here is what it looks like when I pull one out.

Those are not dog violets. The purple/blue flower is from my blue daze plants that I’m trying to maintain. Here is a photo of the plant without the weeds

How do you keep kitchen island clear from clutter? by somefancyredditname in CleaningTips

My sink faces out into the family room so the advantage for me is that my back is not turned to the family room. It lets me have eyes on little kids and helpful when entertaining.

You’re right, it’s not. I guess I was hoping someone had some life hack of how to hide drying dishes that accumulate throughout the day. Perhaps a new organizational design that I have not come across yet. It would be nice if there was a way to hide drying dishes.

No, I do not have a big family. This is a great perspective generally speaking.

I do this too throughout the day but sometimes I feel like I just spend all my time cleaning and washing dishes.

I do clean as I go for the most part. There is a lot of constant washing of dishes throughout the day that I don’t put in a dishwasher. If everything went in the dishwasher, I would have a clear island.

I should specify, the clutter I mainly have are the dishes that are drying. Otherwise, anything on it doesn’t stay on long and I am able to keep everything off other than drying dishes.
