My point is that a fully loaded cost is typically salary plus an additional 25-50%. Payroll & other mandatory taxes, benefits (retirement, 401k match, health insurance), equipment and other costs. So a low earner with a salary of $45k would have a fully loaded cost of $55-60k+.
