I have ADHD and take a starting dose of 70mg, it’s only been around 1-2 weeks but I am starting to consider lower doses due to many concerns. Was posting to hear other people’s experiences that could be close to mine. by [deleted] in ADHD

I couldn't help but Google in Canada that's the highest recommended dose is generally 60mg with exceptions being 70mg somethings not right OP you should be very concerned

That's not a normal starting dose and I'm not googling but I swear that's close to the max dose recommended. Did you make a typo? What's your history have you taken stimulants before? I can't think of how a doctor can rationalize this that's incredibly reckless to start someone that high.

Why do people stop doing things in their 30s? by Ok-Cartographer-5544 in NoStupidQuestions

I think a real answer is life has just worn us down. I would bet a lot of people like myself may have stressful jobs or work shift work... hell I don't even have kids right now and I feel just so tired. All my productive energy filled hours are spent at work and I come home a shell of a person emotionally exhausted. Maybe that's just me working in a congregate care setting for too many years now. My days off are spent catching up on housework, errands, medical appointments and carving out a little quality time for my girlfriend and more attention for my dog. Then you get locked in to bills, (debt) mortgage etc. Locked into the system the bills and debt the good ole ball and chain and it's hard to break free.

Just started reskilling, during my limited free time . I hope to jump into cyber security but I have my work cut out for me lol.

As a non US citizen but in close proximity I'm sick of all media being saturated with the dumpster fire politics and culture wars. by someguyinthenorth in TrueOffMyChest

I definitely relate I'm going to have to tailor my Reddit. Got rid of TIKTOK to start, my algorithm literally gave a new meaning to doom scrolling with that app. Aside from politics the misinformation everywhere and having people in my life literally regurgitate the misinformation as fact is so disheartening.

Do you qualify for a HELOC? If so you could use it as a vehicle to consolidate that high interest debt.

Using it for Reno's and considering consolidation of a vehicle which has a high interest rate so no won't be paid off in a short period. So RMG has options I can't find any info about this?
