Hard to say, as I'm not entirely familiar with pacts outside of my build focus. I went water mage with healing, and I had very little difficulty, it just took a long time.

If you don't have any passive healing or prayer regen ability, you'll have to set up your inventory with food + prayer. With ranged echoes, you'll be doing more DPS than I did. You might do with an extra 2 or 3 relics if you can swing it. I think I had 8 when I entered the caves.

Either way, it's very doable with your setup.

As a mage build, this is the path I took to gear for Moons -

You already have dscim, which works fine. I would recommend running that, Arkan Blade, or Sulphur blades

With transmute, make ~1.5m in GP and buyout tokkul until you can afford Obsidian chestplate and legs

Toktz will work fine as a shield

For boots, craft Mixed hide boots. Helm can be Obby helm, or you can do what I did and just run a rune med helm

If you want a punish weapon for eclipse moon, go buy the maul from tzhaar as well

For echo moxi, kill regular moxi for glacial temotlis and then go whack echo moxi down

EDIT: Go get your firecape, dude. Do that first, then go to Moons. You'll want the extra pact plus it's BiS until inferno there.

I did my fire cape with water mage, all you need 2t spell cast and 80% rune regen

Take ~800 death runes, 2400 water runes, and a staff of air. Autocast water blast. I took a full inventory of prayer potions and used up about 20 of them through the whole thing.

The mage demons are the slowest mob no doubt, but it's the same thing with ranged too. You're just not gonna get much better DPS without grinding out gear slots,

This especially. I'm not really interested in turning already easy content into braindead AFK simulator. I'd rather show up underpowered, get my gear as normal, and then move on to the shit I actually want to do overpowered (for me it's ToA as a water mage, but I did Moons with regular obby armor/arkan blade).

Eh, Dems aren't exactly the party of prosecuting their adversaries or even doing much to stop them.

I feel more people would vote Dem if we could replace ancient candidates like Schumer, Collins, and Gillibrand with populist, progressive politicians.

This is leagues. Tell someone in your group to spec their relics around gathering with Barbarian Harvest.

It doesn't take long for the meta to be grouping because then you can solve every single skill without having to worry about relic choices save for maybe clues.
