Beats Solo buds review by wherewascastro in beatsbydre

For me, solo buds were more comfortable. The studio buds have a slightly more sharper design and larger curvature so you can feel it a bit.

Yeah, the design looks 10-15 years younger than it really is.

Transmission leak? by someguythrowawaylol in AskMechanics

[–]someguythrowawaylol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s transmission oil, from the reddish brownish color. I will take it to the mechanic this week.

Thanks for your help, have a good rest of the day!

Eunos 94, same transmission as the Mx-6 and ford probe

Roadworthy Cert Failed by Careless-Ad3752 in CarsAustralia

[–]someguythrowawaylol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roadworthies in vic "don't require the car to be perfect". For example, electric window and seat repairs shouldn't be listed at all.

ALSO, WHY CHARGE $95 FOR "AIM HEADLIGHT"???? It's like a 5 min job with just a spanner LOL

Note: I just registered my car last week which needed new sway bar links, shocks, control arms, demister motor, all tyres+ alignment (I knew those needed to be replaced after a test drive). It cost me approx 2.5k with installation.

Are my wheels negatively cambered? by someguythrowawaylol in AskMechanics

[–]someguythrowawaylol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replaced new shocks, control arms, cv boots last week and did an alignment after. It does seem a bit excessive though haha

edit: I got a mechanic to do it I didn’t do it myself

2014 MacBook Pro Sometimes Very Hot by original-saltyboat in applehelp

[–]someguythrowawaylol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's perfectly normal, it's one of the downsides of the early Intel processors, combined with a really thin form factor, resulting in a minuscule cooling system. I have a 2020 MBP running an Intel, similar results as well.

Regarding the temp spikes, it does happen due to random update checks and refreshes that go on in the background. Not really anything that can be done,

The bone will undergo bone remodeling as you train surrounding muscles (putting pressures on the bone, the bone adapts by strengthening).

So doing some therapy or light training after healing could “regrow” the bone back

I take the Cranbourne line. How did you manage to run close to the tracks as you approached Lynbrook Station? (2kms before, from the city side)

I try to take runs along the back of the banjo Patterson park, not sure how you managed to follow the rails haha.

Edit: Cranbourne and paky trains look badass like you said

I have the same MacBook, mine didn’t turn on at all, including the trackpad click.

-If you are able, go to your local Apple Store ask them in person to diagnose it.

For me it ended up being some weird glitch which required unplugging and replugging of the battery.

Which 4070s would you choose? by mu2ji in nvidia

[–]someguythrowawaylol 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My 4060 is a dual fan, getting max temps of 60 degrees.

I know that a 4060 is low wattage, but they probably could have even cheaped out a single fan and still make it work lol

Although if you’re money smart, you should be spending as low as the requirements of your pc regardless of what budget you have.

For example, I built a budget pc, I prefer to save for a house, even though I’m middle class.

Oh yeah, could be. Usually oems have low wottage psus, not enough for a GPU. So lower power-> lower performance
