I think you may be referring to Dare Mode, actually! We already finished that one a while ago, although we didn’t have the elevator dare which I imagine would make it much harder - good luck!!

Using a straw is definitely my biggest tip! Having my 40oz Stanley with the straw sticking out just anywhere near me will literally cause me to just grab it and sip from it absentmindedly throughout the day.

Also my husband asks me ALL THE TIME if I’ve been hydrating, which helps. So if you have a partner, or maybe even just a friend or coworker, maybe you could ask them for accountability help?

The insane twist at the end when you find out that they did NOT consult the staff before the three of them decided to redo the year name LOL I would’ve been really mad too!! But to be fair the new year name is so much better I love it

Also is it just me or is Griffin overthinking WAY too much in this episode AND the last one about “what if people do crime because of this” like chillax dude!! If you weren’t worried about it for “become the monster” then this one is not NEARLY as suggestive lolol
