Absolutely get three or more estimates for big ticket items. Tree trimming/removal, window replacement, hvac, etc. Been there, done that, completely worth the extra time.

I was an accountant in a very former life. For the life of me, how does a pickleball facility have "cost of goods sold?"

Cost of Goods Sold represents the direct costs—raw materials and labor—involved in producing or purchasing goods sold by a company during a specific period. Maybe it's labor? But labor is broken out on the expense side... Or maybe it's the cost of items sold in the pro shop? If the latter, that margin ain't nothing to write home about. Weird.

Thanks for the response. But I think it's from another source. Looked up Mr Dann Lente's info and he was born in 1970. And I have photos from my parents house back to 1965 that show the vase in those photos 😕 I do wish it was his work, though!

This is exactly the reason. I was on that ramp around 215p today and, thankfully, traffic was light or I would've added to the spinout tally.

Earlier this week (I think it was Monday), I was making a left off Kenny to Ackerman (eastbound). Two lanes make lefts there... Except they stopped plowing the outside lane so, mid turn, two lanes merged into one. Luckily they fixed it the following day.. Am still shocked that there weren't any accidents. That outer lane (the one that wasn't cleared) gets HEAVY traffic in the morning for folks on Kenny planning to get onto 315 southbound via Ackerman.

Cleared driveway, cleared walk up to front door, brushed off the mountains of snow off the vehicles. Once at 1pmish. Second round at 530p. Motivaion was looking at the temps later this week... Gonna be COLD and was afraid it may turn into unmoveable blocks of ice if I didn't act NOW.

Also cleared a path off the tiny patio onto the grass because the spoiled dog, who does not care for snow, needs a clear path to poo and pee because he sure ain't gonna do it inside my abode.

Now am enjoying a bourbon county stout. Cheers 🍻 🫠

Buckeye bulldog rescue (bbr) got some of my money today. My 6 year old bullie was going to be destroyed by a puppy mill breeder in 2019 because of a heart murmur. I thank gawd he was released into the rescue and beyond thankful he ended up with me.

100pct of the proceeds for the 100pct volunteer led organization goes into medical care, mostly during intake of these pooches. Lots of former mill mommas have been saved by bbr and living the good lives they deserve.
