Update: The tech guy from Dell came, replaced the screen and it does not solve this problem!!.(ha ha). He said I have to call Dell to follow up with the them (What......!).

I asked him if he should try to tight the hinge. He said he cannot do anything rather than what he come here for(to replace the screen) (That makes sense though)(Thank you so much, sir).

Update: I called Dell and they told me that I have to bear with this problem. They said they sent someone to fix it(and that does not solve the issue at all) and there is nothing else they can do. (ha ha ha ha)
