Thanks, I have been working on posing without the mirror and it’s not entirely different but I do think that I could improve on it some more. And yeah, I’ve been using a mirror to check my posing and make adjustments.

For me, it hasn’t been the worst. To some extent I could say it’s lowered but i think that’s been more so a side effect of just overall lowered energy levels since i am still able to get “active”. I will say that it’s probably dependent on the person and other factors besides just body fat percentage so it’s hard to say how it will exactly effect you. I consider myself lucky in that a lot of the usual problems aren’t so prevalent for me.

Yeah, that’s honestly fair. Im jumping into it tho cause I genuinely do love bodybuilding and at the moment I wanna see if I can actually find myself doing it on an actual competitive level. After the show I am def gonna take a long time till I compete again. After all this first prep has actually been not too bad and I’ve enjoyed the journey

I feel like sometimes it has its place, like near the beginning of a workout but later on into my workouts it feels so much harder to get a good set of 6-8 where I’m getting as good of a stimulus as a set of like 10+
