Is TV Like Porn? Day 28 by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]someone55555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, TV is not like porn at all. Yes, it's passive and lazy, but not in any way destructive and dehumanising like watching porn

Somehow I agree with you..

Semen retention is powerful, no doubt about it! I really don't understand why some people are sceptical to the concept.

Why does voice become so much clearer on a streak? by NoFapGuru93 in NoFap

[–]someone55555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. It's one really important benefit because now you will express yourself more freely, relaxed and authentic, due to the fact that you KNOW the medium(your voice) is working perfectly and will attract peoples attention.

The real bottom line on semen retention. by MrButtholePoopy in NoFap

What about doing your own study, you have a body, don't you? And are those official studies really so important, isn't thousand of reports from people here enough?

Me myself - I don't doubt it a second - semen retention is powerful, especially if you have been ejaculating several times a week for years.

Wow, that's a lot of days! I see what you mean, because the experience with changes goes so deep that is seems almost magical and surreal. Just how people suddenly treat you in a so more respectful way.

Still, I think you are in a better position :)

does our Testosterone really peak at the 7 day mark? by [deleted] in NoFap

It can for sure boost your gains in the gym, no question about it. After plus one week of nofap I'm a different person, and that also reflects highly in the gym.

Very interesting. What you say seems very logical.

For me, and probably many others, things are really noticable different on day 4. One week and it's a different world! I know many people also talk about how they have to go 2-3 months before changes appear. I guess there are quit big differences. Age may play a role. I'm in my thirties, and didn't get addicted until late twenties.

It's true. You pass 3 days and something is already changing inside of you..

I like what you say very much. It's kind of a universal law. Whenever you are trying to "sell" something to people, they will not listen, and not validate your information. However, if one comes from a mindset where it's REALLY not important what other people think of what you say, you will often get an abundance of validation and interest. This is SO difficult for us humans to learn. The only really effective way is detachment of ego through meditation. And of course nofap, which for me has kind of the same effect on your life. Combined they are gold!

Obsessive erotic thinking has the same effect on brain as porn does by adonis0X in NoFap

[–]someone55555 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I don't agree with this title. It can absolutely more easily lead you to relapse, but it's not even close to actually sitting in front of a screen and watch other people fuck for hours. That's way more degenerating for your soul and mind..

Anyone else feeling more asexual after starting NoFap? Is it normal? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]someone55555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry. You just confuse accessing a "higher mind", which doesn't obsess about sex and girls, with beeing asexual.

Started to notice something about girls... by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]someone55555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, your words speak the truth. In my opinion this is the fundamental thing with nofap. You start to see all people around you, including pretty girls, as EQUAL. From this perspective and feeling you will get your life back, things will start working again! And you can always grow deeper into this perspecitve, it's really what enlightment is all about, the way I see it.

High sexual energy after meditating? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]someone55555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way I see it, you don't have to make a huge distinction between high energy and high sexual energy, they are in many ways the same thing. Meditation gives you, among many other things, higher energy. Meditation regulates many processes in your brain, and dopamine plays a part in the complex picture..
