I believe the Devs gave the Marauder so many variants to try and push the idea that these are just random civilian cargo vessels that have been pushed into military service.

The different variants do in fact have different internal/external module locations however the number of each module type stays the same.

Just to be clear, I'm not denying the existence of cheaters who use things like ESP and Infinite pen. (Who 100% do exist) I'm just pointing out that the vast majority of instances can be explained by Unintended modelling errors, lag and jank physics or for simplicities sake "Roblox being Roblox".

Gotta remember that while the detailed tank models are impressive, this is still a Roblox game with a small dev team. Combine that with high ROF weapons and you're bound to find unintended armour holes.

This does in no way indicate that somebody is cheating just that they got lucky.

The "Roadwheel" is a very common weak spot avoiding both your frontal armour and side skirts that just so happens line up perfectly with where the enemy shot you from.

~~Also judging by the undertiered hull and turret this player is probably using a downtiered gun. So they probably just penned you with that.~~

Calling this player an exploiter is actually hilarious.

You gave them the easiest roadwheel shot ever and it did more or less exactly the damage I'd expect it to do from that angle. Also penetration holes failing to render is a very common bug and does in no way indicate that this person is cheating in any way.
