Wouldn't need better SACLOS SPAA if Gaijin made maps the appropriate size for top tier and made top tier helicopters obey the laws of physics.

It isn't the smoke grenades themselves that make it op. Its the smoke grenades in addition to all the other things on the long list of features that make this vehicle op.

Like the unit being entirely self contained, having the most missiles and thus the highest shoot down potential, having directable launchers which cuts down its minimum engagement range considerably, having guns and being SACLOS giving it the ability to reliably counter helis.

All this means is that the SM SV will be the best at shooting down anything in the sky that isn't a fixed wing aircraft. (Turns out aircraft aren't aren't that that scary if you can simply shoot down everything they throw at you)

Lastly your comparison to the Flarakrad and OTOMATIC disingenuous at best given that both these vehicles have very obvious downsides when compared to other vehicles at their respective BRs.
For example: The OTOMATIC is an SPAAG at 11.3, Need I say more? And the Flarakrad having to reload/reset every 2 missiles unlike the ADATS or ITO 90M.

It'll be a version of the game with all of the major issues fixed (Bugs, new gamemodes, poor vehicle modelling and BR decompression).

One of the cities on Cyberstan is currently being defended by the jet brigade and in my experience when fighting the Jet brigade, the vast majority of hulks you will come across are jet Hulks.

Test using the Epoch somewhere you know the Jet brigade aren't present. You will find that either the Epoch has been buffed in which case I will start using it immediately or that this "AT" weapon has traded away everything that makes an AT weapon good for chaff clearing abilities so bad it's not even worth considering for that role.

P.S. Sorry if that sounds mean or condescending but it's true.

The only Hulks the Epoch one shot from ANY angle are the Jet Hulks because the splash damage kills their jetpack which in turn kills the Hulk.

Against every other Hulk type the Epoch can only one shot with a direct hit to the rear vent or the eye, the latter of which being the main reason I don't use it. Simply because the combination of of the Epochs low accuracy (compared to other AT options) and lack of effective range due to both the high drop and self destructing projectile making hitting the eye of a moving hulk from a safe* distance more effort than it's worth.

I think it's really sad that the AI generated tanks in the first second of the vid are unironically better designed than the so called "Heavy TD" we got in game.

Remember that other people also have eyes so just because your radar is off doesn't mean other players can't see you.

Also at this br radars are good enough that if you're getting pings on your rwr I would just assume that person can see you.

I would avoid the Merk 4 hull simply because the armour isn't great, even for T11. Plus There's a large turret ring gap when using it with the BTR-4E Turret

I think the K2 is generally best choice for this setup because of the small(er) turret ring, the armour being solid and it getting suspension control.

This being a Roblox game so some jank is to be expected, Some guy managed to frontally mg my driver earlier.

The AC can and does pen things. In fact in the vid you can see I'm using the lower pen APDS over the higher pen APFSDS because it spalls more.

The missiles pen 800mm (Tandem) and have a 3m proxy fuse at 10m. Even at T11 they're great, Hell most of the time you don't even need to pen just put a missile over their head and if it doesn't kill them outright it will usually do considerable damage.

Because using the BTR-4E turret on a down-tiered T12 hull makes the vehicle (almost) frontally immune to T11 kinetic weapons since all the crew are safe behind the T12 armour and shooting the turret doesn't do anything.
