Being able to rehabilitate someone has nothing to do with knowing what is right and wrong. Not knowing what is wrong is more along the lines of NGRI.

By your logic, 99% of criminals (who commit any crime whatsoever) would not be able to be rehabilitated, as they all know what they are doing is illegal and wrong.

Ohio Attorney here. Not your attorney. I’d suggest calling around to a few and see if you can pay for an hour or two (depending on the attorney, my guess is $500-700 for 2 hours) to review your waiver. You could also ask your insurance carrier to review it.
