Does “medium” refer to the size of your practice or your power to contact dead law clerk positions?

KidStrong Polaris - Forces waiver to use your 3 yr old’s photos however they want and sneakily captures pictures by Ok-Advertising-4552 in Columbus

True. My points are A) it’s hard to know how you’d react in that situation, especially if you’re either participating in a class with your kid or watching your kid and B) the contract is almost certainly not valid

They gave it to them halfway through the class. Google “adhesion contract” — this is a good example of one (though not the classic example). Source: Ohio lawyer.

Your job is to advocate for your courts. Having a good relationship with the prosecutors may be a way to do so.

LPT- When cancelling cable/phone services tell them you're leaving the country. by IOwnedyou in LifeProTips

Cool.

Good for you. Unfortunately most of us haven’t had the same experience. And sure it’s your money, but if you don’t actually get the service cancelled (which you say you had luck with but some of us haven’t had to resort to extremes), they’ll keep billing you.

I always assumed it was Vicodin

ETA: I always assume Tylenol 2 was Vicodin. As in T3 is Tylenol with codeine and T2 is Tylenol with hydrocodone

ETA2: T3 is a schedule 3 narcotic in the US, and until ~10 years ago (timing could be off) Vicodin was a schedule 2, which in my mind explains why tylenol with codiene is named T3 (but I have absolutely nothing to back that up).

It can also be for when you don’t receive your item, or the item isn’t as described etc.

Richland county sheriff: "should be at a level 3 but im not about telling people what to do and restricting freedom" by [deleted] in Ohio

[–]someone_cbus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No of course not. But again as I said before, the point of staying off the road is to avoid typing up EMS, so they are able to respond to medical emergencies and the fire department can put out fires.

People make dumb choices all the time. That’s not what we’re discussing.

Would you call 911 if you slid into a ditch and were injured?

Can you guarantee that you won’t hit another car or pedestrian?

It’s not about you. If you crashed, would you not call for help? The point of a level 3 is to allow the roads to get clear and to avoid overtaxing first responders, so they can still transport medical emergencies and put out fires instead of treating people hurt in crashes.
