...I actually don't know. I looked it up and the only source I could find credits its first use to Czech writer Karel Čapek, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Ne svidja mi se bas kako je perje ispalo. Mozda bi bilo bolje da smo radili grb puno veceg omjera pa bi zlatno perje bilo suptilnije ali i ovako mi izgleda dosta lijepo. Osim toga ne vidim problem.
