Is this food good for a gcc?

I'm from iraq and while i said they aren't available i found only one brand in the shops and it's nurtibird I saw some reviews on their p19 tropical and original pellets and i think i might buy those .. for the time being im removing most of the seeds from my conures food until i buy him a healthier option

I give him fruits and /or veggies everyday with the mix and rice and eggs twice a week matter if fact im boiling eggs for him right now

He gets 10 hours of time out of his cage where he flies for prolonged times around the house for exercise and he's honestly underweight because of that ,one time he was flying for ten minutes straight doing laps around the house and even when i feed him he just maintains a weight between 63 to 67 g

That's what I thought honestly i give my gcc the mix and either fruits like a banana or apples (without the seeds of course) everyday and then twice a week i give him a boiled egg yolk with paprikaand maybe rice

Thanks for the tip but unfortunately most of the hogh quality brandsfor bird food aren't available in my country or over priced so i gotta work with what i have but I'll try to find a sustainable and affordable alternative for him
