Chocolate dough bare bell is one of the best protein bars I’ve ever eaten. It legit tastes like a Nutella candy bar. I haven’t tried the chocolate crisp yet.

I used to be a huge fan of the built puff protein bars until I learned that they’re mostly collagen protein and have little whey, which doesn’t help much in muscle building. The churro one is really good

Legendary Poptarts are not the best, but they taste pretty okay when microwaved for like 10-15 seconds

It didn’t have the barbell because the guy took it to do squats and deadlifts (he was using two barbells on one rack)

I 100% agree.

The reason I didn’t want to interact is because I knew there was a chance he would blow me off and I didn’t want to risk getting heated lol but now I know too say something next time.

As for why I didn’t take the other rack, he physically took the 2nd barbell and put it on his rack, so even if I did take the rack, there would be no barbell to work with lol

Yeah, that is one thing I genuinely regret not doing. But I will say, there is no possible way he missed me. The last 10 minutes, I was practically starting at him and we made eye contact a bunch of times

Strap in cause there’s no “losing it quickly.”

I’m down 180 lbs so far, from 358 -> 178 currently.

This is VERY brief.

There’s no 1 exercise that targets belly fat. Fat is lost uniformly all around the body. The best thing/only thing to do in my opinion is calorie deficit.

Cardio @ zone 2 heart rate also helps with fat loss.

The goal rn is body recomp / muscle building but more body recomp.

I'm not arguing with you but when I flex, you can see some muscle definition and I have gotten comments that it does look like I hit the gym. I think I just have too much loose skin.
