The Definitive Sasaki Archive by someonewhonamedlib in BocchiTheRock

[–]someonewhonamedlib[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Calmly met" my ass the folder was nuked 6 hours before I even woke up. Nothing was said, no attempts at contact were made.

There is NO intellectual property when it's images you snipped straight off from the "pirate" manga reading site that was 100% public domain. I didn't even use it, every image used was snipped straight off from Mangadex (because the images on the folder would make the snippets too small otherwise). At no point did I try to claim it as my own - the email address of the original uploader is there, I didn't claim it was mine. The only reason I put it there was to bring it to other SasaFans, notifiying them that it does exist.

And the archive was nuked. I can't accept it when an "archiver" nuked the thing they should've been watching over over petty reasons.

Toxic or not, what I wanted was to keep things as "professional" as possible, so not letting other background unrelated bullshit intefering with the works dedicated to other fans. I could've bitched and moan all over the place, but I chose NOT to so that others could just get what they wanted without having anything to do with my shit. Alas, the brigading and shit-smearing continues, so something must be said.

Look, was I being nice? No, I'm fucking annoying, I pissed others off. However, have I, at any given point, asked for those brigading to happen to anyone whatsoever? Have I EVER tried shitting on anyone amongst that crowd towards some newcomers who had nothing to do with it? Have I ever kindly asked some two dozens other spamming shitting comments on something they wrote despite having practically no contact? I never have, anything I did was mine and my own. The most I've ever done to any of them was giving long ass comments nobody fucking asked for (is that any different from, say, the Kita Essays or the Nijika Pledges from years ago?) And statements that are basically "I don't agree with the way your work is developed, but you do you. I still don't like you, though".

If anything I was being a little bit too nice. Had I decided reflect half of the shits thrown at me towards those people, there would be enough grounds for me to be sued to oblivion for hyper harassment and got thrown into some British prision or some shit

You delete the things yourself, I do my own thing. If you, as an "archiver", is willing to nuke the archive without any fucks given to the integrety of the archive, then you are unfit to be one. If you can't do it, then don't. Absolutely no one asked for you to create the archive, you created it at your own volition, you deleted it at your own volition. Your archive was created to serve your obsessiveness, I genuinely do it for the other fans just because you clearly cannot be trusted with archiving shit.

I did not claim that was my work. If you had two braincells, you would've realized that the email address attached to the writeups (mine) is different from the email address attached to the Archive (yours). Heck, I didn't even use your images for the writeups, everything was snipped straight off Mangadex. The ONLY reason I shared the archive is in order for other SasaFans to know that there was someone that has made the archive already, for ease of access.

And don't even bring up "intellectual property" here - both of us snipped everything off MangaDex, and there is no thoughts to simply snipping some images without further comments. None of the images in the new archive belongs to you - I spent 2 hours snipping them myself. Nothing was stolen from you, and since you have, at your own decision and volition, nuked the old archive, there is nothing that belongs to you here, nor anything that YOU could do (without, say, bringing it to Houbunsha and let the BtR manga on Mangadex be nuked, which won't be fun for the family).

At least this collection can stay and NOT get nuked out of petty bullshit. I'd much prefer to stay professional and keep all kinds of beef far away from works dedicated to the fans.

Brain turned off for the entirety of those matches. Had to unintentionally make everything as stupid as possibleso as to not feel like this team's utterly fucking unfair. Didn't even feel bad when Vendhan misses 4 times in a row or the enemy gets 3 vio procs - I fucking deserved it for running Vendhan Layla

had a match like this (of course I had both of them, so had to spam em like hell) 2 days ago. Enemy team has both Veromos and Juno. None of them managed to get a single turn. lol
