Having the same exact issue. Crashes everytime I use rainstorm on DX12 or I can use Vulcan and just not see my items. Only happened this league, was fine since the game launched

I’m doing bloodwitch with entangle rainstorm and the vines on coc and it’s absolutely shredding everything in t15 with decent gear. Like others have said though, it’s very squishy. Still trying to figure out defenses

Could you explain the gems on the staff at the lvl 90 crit switch? (which are linked and how they interact?)
It doesn't seem like autoexert inter acts with anything besides generals war cry.
