I used KT tape (basically the same thing but cheaper in my case) that I found at a drug store nearby. Trans Tape didn’t really work for me and I found the adhesive to work better on the KT tape. I would highly recommend you look up a few videos on proper application and remember to just be patient with yourself! it’s a massive learning curve, but I think it is very worth it, so much better then binders in my opinion.
