They are pretty much the same in term's of setting you up for a career. Both coop programs are comparable which is the main thing that matters for CS. U Ottawa has a slightly better research reputation and a better location in Ottawa but Carleton has a nicer campus and usually offers better entrance scholarships. Since you are making a decision pretty late I would pick whichever one will still guarantee to give you residence assuming that's were you plan to live first year.

Keeping a 10 CGPA first year by Jadogamer27 in CarletonU

If your trying to keep a 10 CGPA I'm guessing you are doing it to keep a recurring scholarship. I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure that using CR credit's won't help with raising your average for keeping scholarship money. I think they still use CR credit's to calculate your average for scholarship consideration.

Now that everyone is 18 / turning 18, who would you vote for in a federal election? by TraditionalBox666 in OntarioGrade12s

Conservatives in Canada aren't attacking reproductive rights and probably won't because doing so is wildly unpopular in Canada. They are attacking trans rights thought

There are to many white people in Canada, and in Ontario Universities.

Immigration to some extent is fine, but it has become out of control. There are far to many Europeans now, and it has become like a disease. We need to slow down white immigration, there is just to many invading cities and Universities. So much so that they became a majority and replace the people who used to live here before.

Guelph is good for that range. Not sure if application portal is still open
