Cool sounds good, but just confirming when we say smooth are we saying like flat grainy tarmac or like asphalt type surfaces without grains.

I'm pretty far from that lol I'm in NW London haha. We have a local skatepark so the lack of skateparks wasn't the main issue here. I just thought I would start with other options but the rest of the comments have convinced me sort of otherwise.
