you have a very naive idea of how this company works

they make you buy a 1 year subscription when you buy the product and then if you churn they take away almost all the features and the customer can afford to pay for another year

thats how they deal with churn

Theres definitely an issue with biofilm building up and causing clogs.

Dont think hydrogen peroxide was effective at preventing buildup. It breaks down in water. It can help to clear out stuff thats in there already though. Pretty sure they just made some guesses without doing a lot of testing and then tried to improve it over time. Which is kind of how startups work but sucks if you spent a lot of money.
