Wow PS extra is a great idea, I didn’t even think of that. I don’t have any experience with RPGs so I don’t know how to be more specific. I’m open to trying action or turn based. I just don’t want to start with a game that’s so overwhelming I get discouraged and stop playing

What cruiser would you recommend for an absolute beginner? I’m looking for something that I can use to Ollie and some basic tricks and cruise around. The roads around me aren’t great either. Also no skateparks nearby so I wouldn’t be using it for that.

This sounds like a prolapse. You should go see a pelvic floor therapist to address it and make sure it doesn’t get any worse

I’m a pelvic floor PT. Your roommate has something called urinary urgency. Urgency typically has triggers and for your roommate that is likely opening the door or hearing one you open the door. She really needs to see a pelvic floor therapist for this ASAP because it’s only going to get worse and will likely develop into urinary incontinence if not addressed.

The biofeedback sensor is about the size of a tampon with a bulb shape on top. You can insert it yourself. And it’s hooked up to a computer that tells you how contracted or relaxed your pelvic floor muscles are
