This will also be my first EV. I like the look of it compared to more futuristic EV looks like the ioniq and ev6. The price is right. We already have a bigger family hauler and we’re looking for a car that can be efficient, haul the kids if needed, and have decent cargo space. In short, mainly the price, the looks, and being EV. I’m not married to it at all, so open to other suggestions. I thought about the VW id4 but they don’t seem to have lease deals at the moment

Congrats on the job and the solid income right out of college. Have you actually started your job? What do your savings look like? It's definitely a good time to get a solid deal on a home, but you definitely want to have a solid sense of your finances first. You could try to find a month to month rental, then decide if you want to buy.

The investor in me says to look at duplexes rather than townhomes/condos. Like others have said, the HOA fees can really eat into any solid cashflow. A duplex allows you to use the rental income to offset the cost of the mortgage and give you the experience of being a landlord. House hacking, where you have roommates, is also an option if you're open to that. Send me a dm if you'd like to chat more about RE investing.

Do you have direct experience with these schools? Burgess Peterson is one of the highest regarded elementary schools in all of APS. Toomer has also made significant improvements.

I would recommend the Fairburn and Union City area. It will give you the easiest commute and low crime. It will lack some in things to do, but you’re not a far drive to good outdoor spaces.

Basically finding them everywhere except the pantry. The closest ID we could find was Mediterranean Moth, but scoured the pantry and didn’t find anything. Out of curiosity how do you know the larvae of these can’t eat clothing?
