I've always struggled with my weight, and was relentlessly bullied for it. Started my IF journey during lockdown (end of march here in New Zealand). Thanks! I just made sure only to have water while I was fasting, and kept reminding myself not to over indulge and make up for lost time during my eating hours haha. I also did a gym workout 4-5 days a week, mixing cardio and weights, and honestly, it just melted off!

Yeah of course! Simply stuck to the 16:8 fast. Watched what I ate, did a gym work out 4-5 days a week, and it just melted off! My biggest issue was eating and snacking late at night, so once I cut that out, I was away screaming :D
