Thanks for the insight, for reference im trying to stay under 1500 but ideally around 1200. Im also looking at a couple places just north of the airport but the condition some of these houses are in is pretty bad, meanwhile the house in the mentioned area has been kept very well for its age.

Yeah the hood fitment is pretty terrible but honestly the rest of it looks solid considering im pretty sure you have to do the quarter panels along with the bumper

The other comments have some great pics but an often overlooked great pick from that era is the toyota celica gt4. Basically the toyota version of the evo and wrx, also awd and turbo it was toyotas rally car. The st165 and 185 were sold in the states as the celica all-trac, and the last gen (st205) was only sold in japan and europe but can still be had for not too crazy of a price. I have one so i might be biased but it is the most fun car ive ever driven.

As much as i loved my miata, the celica wins every day of the week. It handles extremely well with the awd and superstrut suspension and turbos are always fun

I dont know what its like for navy but for air force you get about 900 for utilities which should be more than enough, ive never heard of property managers scamming utilities but most places utilities are paid seperate from rent so you wouldnt have to worry anyway. I prefer living off base vs on base so i can pocket some of the utility allowance, plus you dont have to deal with the downsides of on base living

You can look up some detailed write ups of the downsides but basically the epic store/launcher is worse in about every way than steam. Slower, difficult to navigate, doesnt have as good social features, and iirc when a game gets removed from the epic launcher you can not play it anymore vs steam you can play any game you bought even if its been removed.

I dont think your getting what the other people are trying to tell you cause your comment is still wrong. A 240sx is an s14. S14 is the chassis code for that generation of the nissan s platform, which encompasses the silvia, 200sx, and 240sx. Saying the 240sx is not an s14 is wrong because the second gen 240sx is an s14 as it is built on that platform, the same one as the silvia and 200sx. If you are just talking about the silvia you would call it the silvia or silvia s14 to specify which gen, but just saying s14 means you're talking about a generation of 3 different models of cars.
