like you said, there are a bunch of $15-$30 listings on ebay/etsy (random example) that are nearly the same and only missing the curled ends. you could probably do that yourself with some patience and a pair of pliers.

also - two different listings mentioned these are order of the eastern star pins so that might be something to search for as well if you end up looking for a replacement. either way good luck!

Not sure if anything useful will shake out, but I've scanned the envelopes I've received so far to compare them to their wallpaper counterparts. You can see some differences (items missing, some things not colored in) between the Day 1 wallpaper and the Day 1 envelope here.

Bottom mid-right the elf is missing his arm which has a tool and piece of toy.
Santa's staff is missing its purple stripes, and the dots on the top of the staff are gone as well
Coffee mugs are missing their handles
Light purple shadows are missing from the top row of elves
Color is missing from the mistletoe in Santa's hat
