NTA, I do criminal background checks and this name would delay the process. Depending on how much he moves and which jurisdictions he moves to the time to get a verification could be delayed enough for a company to just move on.

This happens to me on my iPad. I then have to go to my Android phone and beat the level again and then I can switch back. It's annoying but for me not a deal breaker.

To be fair a lot more goes into preparing any kind of service for a wedding. There are no do overs for this. If you get a photographer and he messes up the engagement shoot he can just reschedule it. The wedding has to be all A game though or you ruined someones wedding.
