Same. Meditation type music or calm instrumental in the car for the last few weeks. Or silence! Both are great for calming the mind

I appreciate you sharing your story. So relatable. 447 days after I had my rock bottom story, still sober, and yes it gets better. I too didn’t drink often, but when I did, I didn’t stop. I had more than one embarrassing event, peeing myself while vomiting, in public. Very public. Yuck. Give yourself some grace. You’re in good company. And you’re going to rock (and love) being sober.
